SRH vs DC Match Abandoned Due to Rain – Key Highlights

The 55th match of the 2025 IPL between the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and the Delhi Capitals (DC) happened on May 5th, 2025 at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. Unfortunately, due to continuous rainfall and wet conditions, the match was abandoned, and both teams shared a point. Match Summary: SRH won the toss and opted to bowl first. DC got off to a difficult start, losing five wickets for just 29 runs on the board at one stage. Despite the early collapse, pair of Tristan Stubbs and Ashutosh Sharma helped stabilize an innings that was wobbling precariously. Stubbs finished unbeaten on 41 while Ashutosh made a fine 41 which helped DC get to 133 for 7 in 20 overs. SRH's captain Pat Cummins bowled beautifully, with figures of 3 wickets for 19 runs, and destroyed DC's top order.
